Sadly the task of locating relatives and contacts is severely hampered by the lack of information provided from the bus company and individuals on this bus......
Oddly just as this accident occurred, the City of Vancouver, BC Canada and surrounding region are actively underway with task of educating citizens about ICE and being prepared........
