Another Great ICE Idea !

Local Community Organizations or Public Agencies looking for support from merchants might consider this adaptation to the ICE 2x2" Outdoor Sticker.
As seen here, Camping Survival.com has placed their sponsorship text on the bottom of each and every ICE Sticker so there is no mistaking who is funding the giveaway. A Great Sponsor!
Turns out that this process has resulted in additional merchant name recognition for the sponsor by recipients.
Another no brainer here....
Note that there is negligible impact on the recognition of the image (primary purpose) in contrast to other so called promotional efforts like drug chain giveaways. Certainly, groups can have their own name here (Boy Scouts, Neighborhood Watch Groups, Police, Fire, Ambulance, Biking or Church Groups.....and more).
We also have a new way to subsidize certain group purchases if your organization qualifies by having a definitive plan to promote ICE that also includes a free website for your group as well.
What was it those other guys were doing for you again? Right.
It just gets better.

Fargo North Dakota Works Together - 3-09

This week's flooding of the Red River in North Dakota illustrates the effectiveness of planning and emergency response to incidents.

Here volunteers and National Guard Troops coordinate efforts to fill sand bags at the Fargo, North Dakota Dome to be placed out in the freezing cold blizzard conditions in the hopes of preventing even more damage to homes destroyed by the ice dam causing massive flooding.

This is a lesson to us all that you can be impacted by these events at times when you would least expect them. Time to take stock of our community and the kinds of disasters that could conceivably occur and consider what our response might be. We may not have many options in certain circumstances but to evacuate and hope you live in a community that still cares enough to work together for the common good.

IDEAVS - Driving Safety Group - Ocala Florida

Here is a novel group in Ocala, Marion County Florida that is helping law enforcement identify impaired drivers on our roads before they end up killing us. They are new, but dedicated to their mission. They also are helping spread the good word about using ICE in Marion County!
Right now they are sharing a website with EYE4TRAFFIC at the following web address: http://www.eye4traffic.com/pages/ideavs
Message from IDEAVS from the traffic safety website...
"IDEAVS is a new organization currently being formed in Ocala, Marion County Florida. Though the basic mission of the group is to supply impaired driving education and victim services, the formal mission statement is currently being written.
By identifying the devastating facts of impaired driving, we stand in force to educate our fellow citizens and to help those whom have been victimized.

We have this well educated idea that we can vs impaired driving and make a difference in our community and of those around us. With this in mind, why don't you join us in our quest to save lives. We all know that "One more victim is just one too many!"

Promote Your Organization!

Looking for ways to make sure your effort to promote ICE in your community gets the proper recognition?

We can place your organization's name or web address to the 2 x 2 inch stickers that you distribute to the public or within your company. Law enforcement, ems, fire, utility companies, nursing homes, wheelchair transports and local government and charities can all benefit from this simple addition.....you can only do it with this mark.

The application of this one line of text will not detract from anyone being able to readily distinguish the mark unlike those drug store vial adds. They have to promote their products while ICE4SAFETY can promote your organization.

So, do you still need convincing that ICE is suitable for your next community service project?

Let us know when you decide to move forward with your project and we can make it happen.

Easy.

UPDATE 3-13-09: One business owner has realized he can reach out directly to 2000 customers for far less cost using this ICE Sticker printed up with his business web address.

This ICE Sticker will become a permanent reminder who the sponsor was and the goodwill it generates has already proven to drive business to the company website. The latest batch will go on to support an Ambulance Corp.'s ICE Program.

This shows how easy it is to get the attention of local business people who know a good marketing tool when they see one. Easy - Now Simple - Always Smart!

The first sponsored stickers are IN...and pretty awesome....and some new ideas have come about on how to provide public service agencies or groups cost effect means to promote ICE.....N'ICE!!!

Ambulance / Fire / Rescue / Business All Get New ICE Placard

THEY'RE HERE!

Brand New, large 8 x 8 inch square reflective weather resistant ICE Stickers for your ambulance, fire rescue, emergency action equipment, utility trucks, construction safety notice boards (EAP) or whatever other safety related use you had in mind!

If you want to prominently announce your ICE Program as you drive down the road - night or day? The 3M Scotchlite Reflective Sheeting Background makes "ICE" show up like it was back lit. This also removes any ambiguity as to whether your company has an Emergency Action Plan in place at your facility or job site and how it is represented.
We have posters (or make your own from templates) to support this as well on the website.

Large enough to be seen for quite a distance but not too big to be obnoxious, the new weather resistant sticker is a useful tool to "umbrella" all the various EMS/Safety Related Icons and one that can be instantly remembered and located in an emergency (important).
People can easily associate this symbol as the same one on their ICE Card or the ICE Sticker or Icon on their cell phone which dramatically reduces recognition time needed.
Ineroperability afficionados would agree that having one easily recognizable sysmbol in lieu of a plethora of confusing and conflicting icons representing safety in an emergency would make perfect sense.
As you can also see, there is no advertising on this symbol like something you'd expect from a drugstore promotion where the symbol is shared up to 50% by advertising which adversely hinders recognition.
If need be, special order stickers from the licensed provider can accommodate one line of text at the bottom if that is a must.

ICE4SAFETY is right now working with EMS/Fire/Utility providers to initiate their own ICE Programs and will have these stickers professionally placed on rigs in plain sight. We have seen them on the vehicles and they look real sharp too.
We appreciate the pride you take in caring for your equipment so we took the time to get this right. The edge of the sticker is just the backing showing....more pics shortly.

You will see these made available online straight away. Need one in a hurry, just send us an email. We ordered a lot so you can pay less....$18 each.
The delivery of emergency medical services just got easier.....stand by for ambulance photos to follow.....
